1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing games on ThinkPlay (thinkwifizone.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue accessing the platform.

2. Free-to-Play & Advertising Model

ThinkPlay is a 100% free-to-play web entertainment platform designed to operate with zero data charges across supported Think WiFi hotspot networks. In order to provide free gaming and virtual coin rewards without subscription fees, the platform displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense, sponsored video intermissions, and partner brand vouchers.

Users agree not to use ad-blocking software, automated click scripts, or bot automation to manipulate advertising impressions or artificially inflate virtual token balances.

3. Virtual Tokens (ThinkCoins) & Vouchers

• No Real Currency Value: ThinkCoins are purely promotional virtual units within the ThinkPlay ecosystem. ThinkCoins hold no cash surrender value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender currency.
• Reward Redemptions: ThinkCoins can be redeemed for promotional partner vouchers (such as airtime top-ups or supermarket grocery discounts) subject to availability, carrier validation, and fair usage thresholds.
• Expiration & Modification: Think WiFi reserves the right to modify voucher coin redemption costs or retire inactive accounts following 180 consecutive days of inactivity.

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

When using ThinkPlay, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the HTML5 game canvas or Web Audio engines.
• Use automated bots, macros, or memory modifiers to generate fraudulent high scores or token balances.
• Interfere with or circumvent Google AdSense ad units, click validation protocols, or frequency caps.
• Transmit malicious scripts, worms, or denial-of-service traffic against the platform infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original game designs, source code, artwork, audio synthesizers, characters, and trademarks—including Mzansi Taxi Dash, the ThinkEngine 2D framework, and ThinkPlay branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Think WiFi (Pty) Ltd and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ThinkPlay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. Think WiFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, local hotspot signal variations, device hardware incompatibilities, or third-party telecom carrier voucher processing delays.
